MyZen Retreats – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for joining us on a MyZen Retreat. These Terms & Conditions are here to create clarity and ensure a safe, joyful, and supportive experience for everyone.

They reflect our values of mutual care, transparency, and respect.

By booking a retreat, you agree to the following:

1. Your Wellbeing Comes First

Your health, comfort, and safety are at the heart of every MyZen experience. By booking, you confirm you’re in a suitable state to participate in retreat activities. Please share any medical conditions, allergies, accessibility needs, or dietary requirements with us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. All activities are optional, and we encourage you to participate in a way that feels right for you.

2. Flexibility & Flow

Just like nature, our retreats flow with flexibility. Occasionally, schedule changes or facilitator adjustments may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances like illness or weather. We promise to offer thoughtful alternatives with the same nurturing intention. No refunds or compensation are offered in these cases.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

   •   All deposits are non-refundable.

   •   Cancellations more than 60 days in advance may be transferred to another MyZen Retreat (subject to availability).

   •   Cancellations within 60 days of the retreat are non-refundable.

   •   If MyZen Retreats cancels the retreat, a full refund will be offered, excluding additional costs such as flights or transfers.

4. Capturing the Magic

We may take photographs or short video clips to capture the magic of the retreat. These may be used for sharing our story with others through our website or social channels. If you’d rather not appear in any visuals, please let us know in writing before the retreat.

5. Complaints

We hope your experience is wonderful and uplifting. If you encounter any issues, please speak to your retreat host so we can support you in real time. We truly care and will do everything we can to make your experience the best it can be.

If further action is needed, you may submit a written complaint within 14 days of the retreat’s end.

6. Your Privacy Matters

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with UK GDPR. Any personal information you share is used only for retreat-related communication and is stored securely. Read our full Privacy Policy.

7. Participation & Responsibility

All retreat activities are optional and undertaken at your own discretion. By booking, you acknowledge that MyZen Retreats is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during or after the retreat. We recommend you have personal travel and health insurance to cover any unexpected events.

8. Legal Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law. By confirming your booking, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any other guests included in your reservation.
